Paul Costello
Managing Director
Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, Chartered Member of the Institute of Engineering Designers and Committee Member of the Permanent Way Institute, Paul, a former High School Teacher, has over 35 years’ experience in the Rail Industry in the field of Overhead Line Design. Paul started with Wentworth House Rail System in 2013 after returning to UK following 8 years in Australia. Paul became Managing Director in February 2018 following the retirement of Mr Paul Steventon.
Kieran McLeod
Professional Head of OLE Design
Chartered Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, Kieran has over 16 years of experience in the Rail Industry. Kieran Joined Wentworth House Rail Systems in April 2014 as a Principal Design Engineer after returning to the UK following 4 years in Australia. Kieran was promoted to Professional Head of Electrification Design in February 2018 following Paul Costello’s promotion to Managing Director.
Paul Batty
OLE Consultant and Business Development
Chartered Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, Paul has over 38 years of experience in the Rail Industry. Paul joined Wentworth House Rail System as a Senior OLE Consultant from Network Rail in March 2012 after working for major design consultancies such as Mott MacDonald, Jacobs, Parsons Brinkerhoff and Halcrow having started his career with the British Railways Board.
Chris Williams
Operations Manager
Chris has over 29 years of experience in the Rail Industry. He joined Wentworth House Rail Systems as Senior Project Manager in April 2012 after working for Jacobs, Mott MacDonald’s and AMEC. Chris was promoted to Operations Manager in August 2017.
Mark Thomas
Business Development – Australasia
Mark has over 32 years of experience within the Rail Construction Industry. He originally joined Wentworth House Rail Systems 2014 following 7 years in Australia. Mark returned to Australia in July 2017 and re-joined Wentworth House Rail Systems in January 2019 to oversee the company expansion in to Australasia.
